ai-tokyobabe（以下「本サービス」）は、Stable DiffusionをはじめとするAI画像生成技術の研究・学習・表現を目的として運営されています。
This service (ai-tokyobabe) is operated for the purpose of research, learning, and creative expression using AI image generation technologies including Stable Diffusion.
本サービスが提供するコンテンツは、AIが生成した創作物であり、実在の人物・団体・事件とは一切関係ありません。すべてのコンテンツはフィクションです。
All content provided by this service consists of AI-generated creative works and has no relation to any real persons, organizations, or events. All content is fictional.
2. 利用資格 / Eligibility
本サービスの会員向けコンテンツは、18歳以上の方のみを対象としています。サービスを利用することで、あなたが18歳以上であることを表明したものとみなします。
Member content on this service is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By accessing this service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- 18歳未満の方の会員登録・コンテンツへのアクセスは禁止します
- Access by persons under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited
- Ko-fiを通じた月額サポートが会員資格の条件です
- Monthly support via Ko-fi is required for membership
3. コンテンツについて / About Content
本サービスで提供するすべての画像はAIが生成した創作物です。以下の点をご理解ください。
All images provided by this service are AI-generated creative works. Please understand the following:
- 実在する特定の人物を意図的に模倣・再現したものではありません / No content intentionally depicts or reproduces any real individual
- 成人向けコンテンツ（R-18）が含まれます / Adult content (R-18) is included
- コンテンツはAI技術の研究・表現目的で制作されています / Content is created for AI research and creative expression purposes
- コンテンツの無断転載・二次配布を禁止します / Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited
4. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Uses
以下の行為を厳禁します。違反した場合は即座に会員資格を停止します。
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of membership.
- 犯罪行為・違法行為への利用 / Use for criminal or illegal activities
- 第三者への嫌がらせ・ハラスメント / Harassment of third parties
- コンテンツの無断転載・商業利用 / Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of content
- 未成年者へのコンテンツの提供・共有 / Sharing content with minors
- 本サービスのシステムへの不正アクセス / Unauthorized access to service systems
- アカウントの第三者への譲渡・共有 / Sharing or transferring accounts to third parties
- スクレイピング・自動取得ツールの使用 / Use of scraping or automated data collection tools
5. 会員サービス / Membership
会員資格はKo-fiを通じた月額サポートにより付与されます。
Membership is granted through monthly support via Ko-fi.
- 支払いはKo-fiのサービス規約に従います / Payments are subject to Ko-fi's terms of service
- 会員資格は支払い確認後、最大35日間有効です / Membership is valid for up to 35 days after payment confirmation
- 月額サポートを継続することで会員資格が自動更新されます / Membership renews automatically with continued monthly support
- サポートを停止した場合、有効期限の翌日より会員資格が失効します / Membership expires the day after the validity period if support is discontinued
- 返金はKo-fiの規約に準じます / Refunds are subject to Ko-fi's refund policy
6. 知的財産 / Intellectual Property
本サービスに掲載している画像はAIによって生成されたものです。AI生成コンテンツの著作権帰属については法的に未確定な部分があり、権利関係が必ずしも明確ではありません。ただし、運営者がプロンプト作成・生成設定・選定のすべてに関与しており、本サービス上のコンテンツを管理する権利を有します。
Images published on this service are AI-generated. The copyright ownership of AI-generated content remains legally unsettled, and rights are not always clear-cut. However, as the operator is involved in all aspects of prompt creation, generation settings, and curation, the operator claims the right to manage all content on this service.
会員は個人での鑑賞・楽しむ目的に限り、コンテンツを自由にご利用いただけます。以下の行為は禁止します。
Members may freely use content solely for personal viewing and enjoyment. The following actions are prohibited:
- SNS・他サービスへの転載・共有 / Reposting or sharing on social media or other platforms
- 商業目的での使用 / Commercial use of any kind

- 第三者サービス（Ko-fi等）に起因するトラブル / Issues caused by third-party services such as Ko-fi

8. 規約の変更 / Changes to Terms
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後も本サービスを継続利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
